- Payment options: Bank transfer
- A £200 refundable deposit is required with your booking payment. This will be refunded within 7 days of your departure date. However, if there is damage to the rental property during your stay, the cost of repairs will be deducted from the deposit.
- PAYMENT TERMS. We request 50% to be paid on booking and the remaning balance plus the refundable deposit to be paid 4 weeks before the holiday.
- CANCELLATION POLICY: 100% refund if you cancel at least 1 calendar month prior to your arrival date. 50% refund if you cancel at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival date. NO refund if you cancel within 2 weeks of your arrival date
- An additional dog charge of £15 per stay is applied.
