This charming cottage is finished to a high standard throughout with a fresh, modern coastal feel and furnished in a contemporary style. It sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms.

Downstairs:

• The welcoming open plan sitting/dining room has a large comfy corner sofa, 2 armchairs and a coffee table plus Smart TV to help you relax after a busy day exploring. There is also a wood burning stove to cosy up around on chillier evenings.
• The morning sun floods into the dining area where there is a dining table to seat 6. Patio doors open from the dining room to the sunny, sheltered enclosed rear garden.
• Modern fitted kitchen fully equipped for self catering, with all the equipment and utensils you'll need to cook and serve delicious meals for 4 people. There is a stable door out to the garden. Electric double oven, induction hob, microwave, 4 slice-toaster, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, Nespresso coffee maker & pods
• Cloakroom

Upstairs:

• Spacious master bedroom with oak furniture and ample storage space. There is a king size bed made up with high quality Egyptian cotton bed linen, large built in wardrobes and a small annexe suitable for a cot or to be used as a dressing area.
• Comfortable second bedroom with a double bed made up with high quality Egyptian cotton bed linen, built-in wardrobe and dressing table.
• Both bedrooms have vaulted ceilings with electronically controlled skylights which gives a lovely feeling of space and light. 
• Family bathroom with shower over the bath, hand basin and WC.

Outside: 

• Sunny, sheltered enclosed rear garden with paved patio and garden furniture, the perfect spot to enjoy your morning cuppa or eat al fresco on a summer’s evening.

Guest Access

There is a front door and the garden and the rear of the property can be accessed by the gate at the back of the cottage. There is a keysafe located by the front door for easy access.

Parking

Parking for 2 cars: There is parking directly outside the cottage and 1 car parking space at the back of the cottage, accessed via a side road.

Other things to note

• Utilities, towels and bed linen are provided but please bring your own beach towels. There will be an additional charge of £50 if the towels provided have been used elsewhere.

• Highchair available on request.

• The cottage is dog friendly (no other pets) but is restricted to one dog per stay (An additional charge of £15 per stay is applied). Please bring your own pet towels/beds etc. and wipe down your dog before entering the cottage. Pets are not allowed on the sofa or upstairs. Please respect this request for the benefit of other guests who may have pet allergies.

• Fast Wifi (74Mbps) and smart TV available with Netflix, Apple TV, Disney+. It is the guests’ responsibility to ensure check out of personal accounts on the TV before departure.

• Preferred arrival day: Saturday from 16:00pm. Departure before 10.00am.

• Unlikely to be suitable for wheelchair users. Please discuss any specific accessibility requirements with the owner.

• Smoking or Vaping not permitted inside.

• Beaches, pubs & restaurants all within 300 metres.

         Stonemason's Cottage is a wonderful holiday base whatever the season.
